Background:

  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction is a common cause of axial low back pain, often mimicking lumbar disc issues.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the short-term and long-term efficacy of intra-articular corticosteroid injections for sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

  • A prospective randomized controlled study involving 83 patients with sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
