Preeclampsia after Kidney Transplantation: Rates and Association with Graft Survival and Function

Preeclampsia occurred in 37% of pregnancies after kidney transplants, but did not worsen graft survival. Pre-transplant kidney function was the key factor influencing long-term kidney graft survival in these women.
