Oral factor Xa inhibitor underutilization following lower extremity peripheral vascular intervention

Initiation of factor Xa inhibitors after peripheral vascular intervention (PVI) increased but remains low. Most eligible patients do not receive this treatment, indicating limited adoption of dual pathway inhibition (DPI) post-PVI.
