From null to midline: changes in head posture do not predictably change head tremor in cervical dystonia

Head tremor in cervical dystonia does not consistently worsen when patients hold their head at midline, contrary to common clinical belief. Objective measures showed no significant changes in tremor severity or amplitude between postures.
