Omidubicel, an advanced cell therapy, significantly accelerates immune reconstitution (IR) after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). This faster IR, particularly of natural killer (NK) and helper T (Th) cells, correlates with reduced post-transplant infections.
