Benign transient hyperphosphatasemia in infants and children: a retrospective database study

Benign transient hyperphosphatasemia is a common, self-resolving condition in healthy children with high alkaline phosphatase (ALP). Awareness can prevent unnecessary tests and reduce parental anxiety.
