  • To evaluate the impact of specific NPIs on COVID-19 outcomes, including confirmed cases and deaths.
  • To compare the effectiveness of different restrictions in two distinct regions of Georgia.

  • Utilized COVID-19 incidence data from The New York Times and mandate information from various sources.
  • Employed joinpoint analysis to examine trends in cases and deaths at regional and county levels before and after NPI implementation.
