PROMIS pain intensity and interference after pelvic organ prolapse surgery

Patient-reported pain outcomes after pelvic organ prolapse surgery showed minimal important change at one week. While hysterectomy was associated with increased pain, no significant differences in pain intensity or interference were found between apical suspension types.
