Cancer cure with organ preservation using radiation therapy

In 1985, there has been new emphasis on the successful treatment of cancer with the preservation of the organ intact. The maxim to offer the patient the maximum potential for cure with the minimum complication now has an additional concept related to the opportunity to preserve cosmesis and function.
