    Summary

    Percutaneous gastrostomy under sedation and local anesthesia is a viable alternative to general anesthesia for children with cyanotic congenital heart disease. This interventional radiology technique successfully placed a gastrostomy tube, avoiding risks associated with general anesthesia.
