Brain glymphatic dysfunction, measured by diffusion-tensor imaging analysis along the perivascular space (ALPS), is reduced in rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD). Lower ALPS indicates a higher risk of phenoconversion to α-synucleinopathies.
