Delirium screening in stroke patients is challenging due to neurospecific factors. The Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist (ICDSC) is recommended for all stroke patients, while the Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM-ICU) is suitable for nonaphasic individuals.
