Impaired Response to Polysaccharide Vaccine in Selective IgE Deficiency

Selective immunoglobulin E deficiency (sIgED) may predict primary antibody deficiency (PAD). Patients with sIgED showed impaired vaccine responses and B-cell abnormalities, suggesting sIgED as an early biomarker for PAD.
