Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy (SRFM) provides a better resolution than conventional fluorescence microscopy by reducing the point spread function (PSF). PSF is the light intensity distribution from a point that causes it to appear blurred.     This study introduces a novel unsupervised Super-Resolution (SR) method for endomicroscopy, significantly improving image resolution without ground truth data. The SCGAN model achieves state-of-the-art performance, enhancing real-time optical biopsy capabilities.
