Distinct eicosanoid patterns in severe recalcitrant nasal polyposis

Identifying patients prone to recurrent nasal polyps (NPs) is challenging. Postoperative leukotriene E4 (LTE4) levels may predict rapid NP regrowth, aiding targeted therapies for severe chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
