Summary

Fermented milks (FM) with specific Limosilactobacillus strains (J20, J23) showed enhanced cardioprotective properties after 48-hour fermentation. These FMs effectively inhibited angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and thrombin, and improved cholesterol solubility.
