To describe a methodology for evaluating the relationship between program characteristics and outcome goals.
To identify ideal program characteristics for a new Master of Science in ABA program at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FranU).
To provide a framework for future research in ABA program development.

Selection of 11 program characteristics, enrollment data, and 2019 BCBA pass rates as variables for FranU's ABA program.
