Food-origin Enterococcus biofilms show strong antibacterial and anti-adhesive properties against pathogens like Listeria, E. coli, and Pseudomonas. Monocultures of these Enterococcus biofilms effectively prevent pathogen adhesion on stainless steel surfaces.
