The failure to induce allotransplantation tolerance with serum in mice

Abstract:
The possibility of allotransplantation tolerance induction with serum in newborn and adult mice was investigated. In comparison with the previous findings in pigs and rats, not even a prolongation of skin graft survival was obtained in the treated recipient mice.
