    Summary

    Transient global amnesia, a rare complication after coronary angiography, can occur. This condition may be underdiagnosed in some patients, warranting further investigation into its causes.

    • Increased awareness may improve TGA diagnosis rates after coronary angiography.
    • Further research is needed to understand the causal mechanisms and prevent TGA.
