A novel less-traumatic needle for kidney puncture: first clinical experience

A novel less-traumatic needle for kidney puncture significantly reduced hemoglobin drop in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). This innovation may also prevent severe complications without affecting the stone-free rate.
