Summary
Lactate purification of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) does not alter engineered cardiac tissue (ECT) properties compared to MACS purification. This finding supports the use of lactate purification for generating comparable hiPSC-ECT models for cardiac research.
