Do classical and computerized cognitive tests have equal intrarater reliability in myotonic dystrophy type 1?

This study assessed the reliability of paper-pencil and computerized cognitive tests for myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1). Both classic and Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB) tests demonstrated good reliability in DM1 patients.

- These findings support the use of these tests in DM1 clinical trials.
- Further research should validate CANTAB and classic tests in larger DM1 cohorts.
