A new next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay, NQ-seq, effectively quantifies BCR::ABL1 transcripts for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) monitoring. This sensitive and reliable NGS method offers an alternative to conventional RQ-PCR for disease management.
