Summary
Extrahepatic biliary neuroendocrine tumors (EBNETs) are rare and challenging to diagnose. This case demonstrates the feasibility of preoperative diagnosis via endoscopic biopsy, supporting surgical resection as the primary treatment for EBNETs.
