    Summary

    Soluble immune complexes were investigated in psoriasis patients. The Clq deviation method detected these complexes in 29% of psoriasis patients and 35% with psoriatic arthritis, unlike the Raji cell assay.

    Background:

    • Soluble immune complexes (SICs) are implicated in various autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

    • To investigate the presence and prevalence of soluble immune complexes in patients with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
