Abstract:
A case of canine uveal malignant melanoma with widespread metastases in a Golden Retriever is presented. In addition all cases of canine ocular neoplasms submitted to the Eye Pathology Institute (EPI) between 1960 and 1985 were reviewed. Intraocular malignant melanoma constituted about 25 percent of the submissions.
