[Bilateral radial carpal synostoses as long-term consequences of a reflex dystrophy following successive bilateral radius fractures]

Reflex sympathetic dystrophy may lead to rapid articular destruction with the end-stage of synostoses. Pre-existent osteoarthritis seems to have a localizing influence.
