Conducted a systematic literature search across major databases (2000-2021) using keywords: 'concept analysis', 'competence', 'competency', and 'nursing'.
Included full-text, English-language studies with theoretical and empirical approaches.

Analyzed 10 relevant articles from an initial pool of 60.
Identified key attributes of nursing competency: knowledge, self-assessment, and a dynamic state.
