Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of primary care pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) in improving exercise capacity, symptoms, physical activity, and sleep in adults with long COVID.
  • To compare the outcomes of a 12-week PR program against a control group receiving no PR.
  • To assess the impact of PR on various functional and patient-reported outcomes in the long COVID population.
