Cerebellitis, an inflammation of the cerebellum, linked to cryptococcal immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS) is reported for the first time. This unique case occurred in an individual with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and cryptococcosis.
