Summary
Serous endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma (SEIC) is a rare uterine cancer. Early diagnosis and exploration for metastatic disease are crucial for effective treatment of this aggressive condition.

Background:
- Serous endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma (SEIC) is an uncommon and aggressive form of uterine cancer.
- Post-menopausal women presenting with vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain may indicate underlying gynecologic malignancies.
Observation:
- Two post-menopausal patients, aged 58, presented with significant vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain.
- One patient had a history of hysteroscopy for an endocervical polyp; the other had a history of breast cancer treatment.
Findings:
- Abdominal hysterectomy was performed on both patients.
- Pathological assessment confirmed serous endometrial intraepithelial carcinoma in both cases.

- Diagnosing SEIC necessitates a thorough investigation of the entire genital tract for metastatic disease.
