Summary

Intracoronary acetylcholine (ACh) provocation can induce post-spastic reactive hyperemia (PSRH), indicated by prolonged flow-recovery time. This finding suggests myocardial ischemia in patients with equivocal ACh test results, potentially benefiting from treatment.
