Patterns of amyloid accumulation in amyloid-negative cases

Two distinct amyloid-β (Aβ) deposition patterns, temporal and cingulate predominant, were identified in early stages. These patterns correlate with differing tau pathology and cognitive decline trajectories, challenging homogeneous spread assumptions.
