This study investigated programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in ampullary adenocarcinoma using immunohistochemistry (IHC). A 10% cut-off for PD-L1 positivity showed stronger associations with clinical and pathological features in ampullary adenocarcinoma patients.
