Serum Progranulin Level Might Differentiate Non-IPF ILD from IPF.

Serum progranulin (PGRN) may help differentiate interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Elevated PGRN levels were found in non-IPF ILD patients, particularly those with non-usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) patterns on HRCT scans.
