Blinking Parameters Do Not Normalize After Botulinum Toxin Therapy in Blepharospasm and Hemifacial Spasm Patients

Botulinum toxin (BoNT) injections significantly reduced blinking amplitude, frequency, and velocity in blepharospasm (BSP) and hemifacial spasm (HFS) patients. However, these blinking parameters did not fully normalize post-treatment compared to healthy controls.
