Optic Nerve Head Changes After Intraocular Pressure-Lowering Glaucoma Surgeries Using Optical Coherence Tomography.

Swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) detected significant optic nerve head (ONH) changes after intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering glaucoma surgeries. The hypotenuse of the ONH cup (HOC) is a useful parameter for evaluating short-term ONH changes postoperatively.
