Ultrahigh dose-rate proton therapy (FLASH pr) significantly improved tumor control in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) mouse models compared to conventional proton therapy (CONV pr). FLASH pr enhanced anti-tumor immunity and reduced immunosuppression, showing promise for NSCLC treatment.
