    Summary

    Popliteal pterygium syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by a popliteal web and limb deformities. Surgical resection of the web is the primary treatment, though nerve involvement presents surgical challenges.

    • Popliteal pterygium syndrome is an extremely rare congenital disorder.
