Summary
A rare autoimmune disease, relapsing polychondritis (RP), can paradoxically emerge during treatment with tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) inhibitors. This case highlights the first instance of RP developing during treatment with a TNFα inhibitor biosimilar.
