ATXN3 promotes prostate cancer progression by stabilizing YAP

Researchers found ATXN3 deubiquitylase stabilizes YAP protein in prostate cancer (PC). Depleting ATXN3 reduced PC cell growth and invasion, suggesting ATXN3 as a potential therapeutic target for PC.
