- The case demonstrates a rare instance of coexisting Zenker's and Killian-Jamieson diverticula.
- Surgical management involved transcervical resection of the diverticula.
- The left diverticulum originated superior to the cricopharyngeus muscle, consistent with Zenker's diverticulum.
