Observation:
- A 36-year-old female presented with recurrent abdominal pain.
- CT revealed a large mass in the left hypochondrium and epigastrium, impacting adjacent structures.

- Complete surgical excision of the extragastrointestinal GIST was performed.
- Post-operative CT surveillance for 18 months showed no evidence of recurrence.
