    Summary

    A new combined medication (Perphyllon) demonstrated superior bronchodilator effects compared to theophyllinethylendiamine (Euphyllin) in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Perphyllon offered faster, longer-lasting, and more potent relief with minimal cardiovascular side effects.

    Background:
