[Breast implant: choice of a prosthesis. Report and critical study]

Over 400 cases with breast implants for cosmetic purposes have been reviewed by the authors and 358 of them with adequate follow-up selected. The various prosthesis, the percentage of their capsule and other complications over fifteen year period are discussed.
