Abstract:
The Hamster egg fertilization rate with human spermatozoa is one of the methods to estimate male fertility capability. The authors describe the statistical-mathematical method, PLS (Partial Least Square) to evaluate a cause-effect relationship between the Hamster egg fertilization level and the number and motile level of the spermatozoa.
