Elevated serum polyclonal immunoglobulin free light chains in patients with severe asthma

- These findings suggest that serum Ig FLC may serve as novel surrogate markers for inflammation in severe asthma.
- Further research is warranted to elucidate the pathophysiological implications of these findings.
