Postoperative radiotherapy for high-grade primary cardiac spindle cell sarcoma: a rare entity

Summary
This case report details a rare cardiac spindle cell sarcoma initially misdiagnosed as myxoma. Adjuvant radiation therapy shows promise for local control after surgical resection of this rare cardiac tumor.
