Dynamic functional thalamocortical dysconnectivity in schizophrenia correlates to antipsychotics response

Schizophrenia (SCZ) patients show altered dynamic functional thalamocortical connectivity (dFC). Risperidone treatment normalized dFC, suggesting dFC variability may predict antipsychotic treatment efficacy in SCZ.
